On the eve of Defender of the Fatherland Day, Rostec State Corporation held a presentation of products used in the special military operation zone. Eight types of the latest unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for various purposes were presented during the event. This was announced on February 21 by the corporation's press service.

In total, more than 140 products were demonstrated at the site, including samples of equipment, motorcycles, ammunition and means of countering drones. The organizers paid special attention to drone systems, including vertical take-off vehicles.

"Taking into account the specifics of the special operation, <...> we have placed a special emphasis on UAVs — we are demonstrating eight of the latest models," Sergey Chemezov, head of Rostec, was quoted as saying on the corporation's Telegram channel.

According to him, the presented developments include both serial samples and products that are being prepared for mass production. We are talking about various types of drones: aircraft-class, quadrocopters, multicopters, as well as vehicles with electric and internal combustion engines. The developers were Kalashnikov Concern, Rosel Holding and other enterprises.

On February 11, Russia presented military innovations at an exhibition in Saudi Arabia. It was noted that the global premiere of the latest Russian unmanned system took place in the capital of the kingdom. For example, the Kalashnikov concern, the RUS-PE complex, export versions of Lancets and other equipment were presented there.
