The pilot of the helicopter that crashed in the Amur region had no control rights

The helicopter found in the Amur region belonged to the deceased pilot, who had no right to operate it. This was announced on February 20 by the press service of the East Siberian Transport Prosecutor's Office in the Telegram channel.

"The flight was carried out without notifying the air navigation authorities, the helicopter was not officially registered in accordance with the established procedure (there were no registration plates)," the ministry said.
