Temporary restrictions on aircraft flights were introduced at the airports of Penza and Saratov. This was reported on Saturday, February 21, in the Telegram channel of the Federal Air Transport Agency.

"Airports Penza, Saratov (Gagarin). Temporary restrictions have been imposed on the reception and release of aircraft," said Artem Korenyako, Adviser to the head of FAFT.

He stressed that the restrictions are imposed in order to ensure the safety of passengers.

On the same day, Korenyako warned about the introduction of time restrictions in Volgograd. Shortly before that, it was reported about the resumption of flights in nine Russian airlines, including Penza and Saratov.
