The head of the Russian delegation to the negotiations on Ukraine, Vladimir Medinsky, reported to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the results of contacts with the United States and Ukraine in Geneva. This was announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

The third round of peace talks was held on February 17 and 18. Medinsky noted that they were difficult, but businesslike.
