On February 19, an attack took place at school No. 1 in the city of Alexandrovsk, Perm Krai: a seventh-grader stabbed his classmate. The circumstances of the incident

The incident occurred on the morning of February 19 at secondary school No. 1 in the city of Alexandrovsk. According to investigators, a 13-year-old seventh grade student stabbed him several times in the body and neck area due to a conflict with a classmate. The attack happened on the staircase of the third floor of the educational institution.

The mother of one of the school's students told Izvestia that a teenager had wounded a schoolboy in the neck and stomach. The victim was promptly taken by an ambulance team to a hospital in Berezniki.

The regional Ministry of Health reported that at the moment the student is in a stable hemodynamic condition. It was clarified that a multidisciplinary team of surgeons has started treatment, and an operation is underway. In addition, the evacuation of the victim to Perm was planned. The air ambulance has already left for Berezniki.

Psychologists are working with the victim's classmates and teachers to provide emergency assistance. Dmitry Makhonin, the Governor of the Perm Region, personally coordinates the provision of assistance to the victim.

The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has opened a criminal case into stabbing a schoolboy under three articles: Part 3 of Article 30, paragraph "b" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code ("Attempted murder of a minor"), Article 293 of the Criminal Code ("Negligence"), Article 238 of the Criminal Code ("Provision of services that do not meeting the safety requirements").

The attacker was taken to the investigative department, and the necessary investigative actions are being carried out with him. Forensic investigators are working on the site, and forensic examinations have been appointed. During the investigation, it is necessary to establish all the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of the crime.

The regional Ministry of Education and Science announced a decision to suspend classes until February 24 in all schools in Alexandrovsk.
