A criminal case on the attempted murder of a schoolboy was initiated in the Perm Region after an incident at a school in the city of Alexandrovsk, where a seventh-grader attacked a peer with a knife. This was reported on February 19 in the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.

"A conditional case has been opened on the fact of stabbing a schoolboy on the grounds of crimes provided for in Part 3 of Article 30, paragraph "b" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code ("Attempted murder of a minor"), Article 293 of the Criminal Code ("Negligence"), Article 238 of the Criminal Code ("Provision of services that do not meeting security requirements")," the message on the MAX messenger says.

According to investigators, a 13-year-old student at a school in the city of Alexandrovsk stabbed his classmate several times in the body and neck area.
