The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, said that he had always had friendly and business relations with Senator from the Republic of Dagestan Suleiman Kerimov. This became known on February 18.

"I have always had friendly and business relations with Suleiman Abusaidovich. Yes, there was some misunderstanding that required a personal meeting and a man—to-man conversation, which we did when we met in Moscow," Kadyrov wrote on his Telegram channel.
