Peskov denied that Russia and China conducted nuclear tests
Russia and China have not conducted nuclear tests. This was stated on February 18 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, answering a question from Izvestia.
Peskov denied the US statement about the availability of new data on alleged underground nuclear tests in China in June 2020.
"There (from the US side. — Ed.) there were statements about the withdrawal from the moratorium on nuclear tests. That, they say, the moratorium was violated by the Chinese and Russians. But this is not the case. The Chinese and Russians did not violate," he said.
