SOE to withdraw claim for seizure of assets of two cement plants in Kuban

The Prosecutor General's Office (GP) has filed a motion with the Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory to dismiss the claim for the seizure of assets of the Actual Investments company, which controls two large cement plants, Novoroscement and Verkhnebakan Cement Plant. This became known on February 18 from the data file on the court's website.

The Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit against the company on January 27, where it demanded to collect state revenue from the factories. The court later seized shares, movable and immovable property of "Actual Investments" as part of the investigation.
