The Moscow court has received a report on the former "people's governor" of Donetsk region

The Tagansky District Court of Moscow has registered an administrative protocol on the article on discrediting the army against Pavel Gubarev, the former "people's governor" of the Donetsk region, a participant in a special military operation (SVO) as part of the people's militia of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). This was reported in court on February 18.

"The court registered an administrative protocol against Gubarev P. Yu. under Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation")," TASS reports the text of the statement.
