The Nikulinsky Court of Moscow has closed from the press the consideration of the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia, which demands that the property of the owners of Sirena-Travel, the developer of the Leonardo ticket booking system, be converted into state income. This was reported on February 18 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.
The meeting was adjourned on the basis of the existence of State secrets in the case.
In his claim, the plaintiff demands that the property of the defendants be converted into state income as part of measures carried out on the basis of the law "On Monitoring the compliance of expenses of persons holding public Positions and other persons with their incomes." The defendants named in the lawsuit own shares in Sirena-Travel JSC, which is the largest provider of IT solutions for the aviation industry. It is noted that the company is developing the Leonardo system, which is used to manage flight schedules and ticket sales.
The Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation demanded that the property of the owners of Sirena-Travel be converted into state revenue on February 6. It was noted that the court had received a statement of claim against Mikhail Baskakov, Innokenty Baskakov, Rasul Suleymanov, Ibrahim Suleymanov, Konstantin Kivi, Artur Surinov, Valery Nesterov, as well as a number of other individuals and legal entities.
