A US military operation against Iran may begin in the near future with a 90% probability. This was reported on February 18 by the Axios portal with reference to an unnamed adviser to the American leader Donald Trump.

"To the boss (Trump. — Ed.) It's starting to get boring. Some in his entourage warn him against starting a war with Iran, but I think there is a 90 percent chance that we will witness active hostilities in the next few weeks," the portal quoted the source as saying.

At the same time, according to unnamed Israeli officials, the Israeli government is aiming at regime change in Tehran, and is already preparing for military operations.
