Earlier, the Ukrainian leader spoke rudely about the head of the Russian delegation at the Geneva talks, Vladimir Medinsky, and his statements about the historical roots of the conflict. Commenting on these words, Perminov stressed that such a tone is unlikely to help Zelensky.
