Lipetsk authorities announced their readiness for the road repair season

Lipetsk authorities have announced the readiness of contractors to start summer road repairs. Work may begin in March or April, with the establishment of dry and warm weather.

In the current 2026, 15 sections of the road network are planned to be put in order in the regional capital. Among them are Sergei Litavrin Streets and Petrovsky Passage in the city center, Gryazinskoe highway, streets of Rental, Volzhskaya, 40 years of October and Zhukovsky.

The performers will also have to mark and replace road signs, and install new traffic lights on the Gryazinsky Highway and the Transverse Passage.

According to GOROD48, a special bitumen tape will be used on 13 road sections to make the joints between the asphalt tracks as strong as possible.

The work will be carried out within the framework of the national project "Infrastructure for Life". All repair contracts were negotiated and signed back in the fall of 2025.
