Umerov discussed the results of the Geneva talks with European leaders.

On February 18, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Rustem Umerov held a meeting with representatives of the United States and the European Union (EU) countries, with whom they discussed the preliminary results of negotiations in Geneva.

"I have completed a separate meeting with representatives of the United States and European partners — France, Great Britain, Germany, Italy and Switzerland. We discussed the results of today's round of negotiations and synchronized approaches to further steps," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to Umerov, a common understanding of responsibility for the outcome of the meetings was established. He stressed the importance of a common vision of Ukraine, the United States and Europe's actions in the context of the Ukrainian crisis.
