The Moscow City Court upheld the complaint of the International Center of the Roerichs and overturned the decision to transfer 272 paintings by Nicholas Roerich and his sons Svyatoslav and Yuri, previously seized at the request of the prosecutor's office, to state ownership. This became known on February 16.

"The court order has been completely annulled," the court told RIA Novosti.
