The head of the Duma of the Russian Federation announced the reconciliation of Kadyrov with Kerimov in the Kremlin

The reconciliation of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov and Senator from the Republic of Dagestan Suleiman Kerimov became a vivid example of unity and brotherhood of peoples within the framework of the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia. This was announced by Mufti Ravil Gainutdin, Chairman of the Spiritual Board of Muslims of Russia (DUMA of the Russian Federation), in a video message on the website on the eve of the beginning of the month of Ramadan on February 13.

"President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin declared 2026 the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, and we are grateful to the head of our state for this decision. We are proud to say that the representatives of our Muslim Ummah were the first to set an example of unity and brotherhood at a high level in our Russian society. This was done by two worthy sons of our Caucasus, our dear brothers Ramzan Akhmatovich Kadyrov and Suleiman Abusaidovich Kerimov," the message says.

Gainutdin noted that, being in the walls of the Moscow Kremlin at the invitation of the President of the Russian Federation, they came to a full agreement and mutual understanding, thus fulfilling the words of Almighty Allah from the Koran that believers are brothers.
