Compared to last winter, more snow has fallen in the regional capital this year. According to forecasters, the temperature in March will rise 1-2 degrees above the long-term average.

The heads of district administrations and heads of the annexed territories were instructed to create a list of places that could be affected by flooding. It is required to make an application for the necessary equipment and materials.

According to KrasnoyarskMedia news agency, road workers will also inspect the points and give a conclusion on where preparatory work should be carried out. If evacuation is necessary, the authorities will prepare a maneuverable housing stock.
