Nine people were injured in a fire in a Moscow hostel
Nine people were injured in a fire at a hostel in the north of Moscow. This was announced on February 16 by the press service of the Main Investigative Directorate (GSU) of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation.
"There are no fatalities as a result of the incident. Nine hostel guests were injured in various degrees of severity, eight of them were taken to city medical institutions for qualified medical care," the TASS press service reported.
The report notes that a number of examinations were appointed to clarify the circumstances and the cause of the fire. A criminal case was opened into the fire.
On the same day, it was reported that firefighters had eliminated a fire in a building in the east of Moscow. It was previously noted that 48 people evacuated on their own. The fire area reached about 20 sq. m.
