At the Aurus production site in Yelabuga, planned work is underway to modernize production operations, including preparations for the release of an updated model. This was announced on February 15 by the brand's press service.

"After completing the necessary technological and organizational processes, the work of the Aurus production site will continue as normal," wrote the Aurus Telegram channel.

The company noted that the Aurus production plan for 2026 is being implemented on time and in accordance with planned targets. In addition, all social obligations to the workforce will be fulfilled in full, the manufacturer emphasized.

As previously reported by the Telegram channel "Russian Automobile etc", citing its sources, the release of Aurus in Yelabuga has been put on pause since early February, and downtime will last at least until the end of March.
