The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation prevented two counterattack attempts by militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Sumy direction. This was reported on February 16 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.
"The advance of the combat groups was revealed in advance by intelligence, after which a fire defeat was inflicted," they said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
