On February 15, Russian skier Savely Korostelev expressed a desire to play with eight-time Olympic champion from Norway Johannes Klebo in a video game.

According to the skier, despite the fact that he did not take a console with him to the Olympics in Italy, he usually prefers to play the Counter Strike game on his computer. At the same time, Klebo loves the Battlefield shooter.

"Play with him? Why not? You can meet on neutral territory — for example, in Fortnite. Just a cross between Battlefield and Hunter Strike," he told TASS.

At the same time, Klebo had previously complained about the weak Internet in the Olympic Village, because of which he could not play normally on the console, adds Sport-Express.

On February 13, Korostelev competed in the 10 km freestyle race at the 2026 Olympics in Italy, covering the distance in 21 minutes 42.3 seconds and taking 15th place. Klebo became the winner of the race, Frenchman Mathis Delauge took second place, and another Norwegian representative, Einar Hedegaart, took third place.
