Jet2 airline banned flights for life to two rowdies after a fight on board the Antalya — Manchester flight. This was reported on February 13 by The Sun newspaper.

"Jet2 Airlines suspended two passengers from flights for life after a mass brawl <...> led to an abrupt emergency landing," the publication says.

According to the newspaper, one of the passengers, who was drunk, began to behave aggressively and insult others. The man also demanded that the flight attendants sell him cigarettes, but was refused, which led to his aggressive behavior.

The article emphasizes that later another passenger hit him for insulting him, as a result of the incident, an emergency landing of the plane took place in Brussels.

Both passengers were detained, they were handed over to the police, and after the incident, the plane continued on its way and successfully landed in Manchester.

In June last year, a passenger on a flight from St. Petersburg to Sharm el-Sheikh staged a brawl on board the plane. It was noted that the woman was a citizen of Uruguay, she screamed and demanded to be transferred to business class.
