Finnish President Alexando Stubb said during the Munich Conference on February 13 that the Russian side was allegedly suffering a strategic defeat in the Ukrainian conflict.

"I believe that you will win this conflict, and I say this because <...> (Russia. — Ed.) suffered a strategic failure," Bild quotes the Finnish leader as saying.
