A new dock in the area of the Snowfall in Vladivostok will be completed for 3.4 billion rubles.

Vladivostok has identified a contractor to complete the construction of a new sports and recreation complex in the Snegovaya Pad area. This is reported by PrimaMedia news agency with reference to the relevant documentation on the public procurement portal.

The contract was signed on February 12 with DVK-DORSTROY LLC without bidding. The company will not only have to carry out construction work, but also carry out engineering surveys, develop a project and receive a positive conclusion from the state expertise.

The value of the contract with the company amounted to 3.378 billion rubles. It is planned to complete the work and put the facility into operation by December 30, 2029.

According to the news agency, the construction of the FOC in the Snowfall area began back in 2011. To date, the facility's readiness is 28%. A year ago, the completion of the construction was estimated at 2.2 billion rubles, in 2026 the amount increased by more than 1.15 billion and now stands at 3.378 billion rubles.
