Sobyanin spoke about the development plans of the Solntsevo district

The resettlement of 43 houses for renovation is planned in Solntsevo, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said. He spoke about the development of the district in his blog.

About 7.4 thousand Muscovites will move into modern apartments, the mayor noted. Five residential complexes are already ready. In the autumn, the residential complex on Glavmosstroy Street was put into operation in the district, built, among other things, as part of the renovation program.

"There have been many changes in Solntsevo in recent years: the metro and the MDC have arrived, modern schools, kindergartens, clinics and sports complexes are being built," Sobyanin wrote.

The mayor noted that the multifunctional community center "Solntsevo Meeting Place" on Bogdanov Street has become a new point of attraction for the district. A modern space with cafes, sports sections and creative circles was created on the site of the former cinema as a result of its reconstruction.

Earlier, the mayor approved a new project for the integrated development of territories in the district. The CRT will be implemented at the address: Matrosova St., ter. 1. The urban development potential of the site is 141.4 thousand square meters. m of real estate.

The final section of the Solntsevo–Butovo–Varshavskoye Highway (SBV) is expected to be commissioned in 2026. The new road will connect five outbound highways and will be connected to the Moscow High-speed Diameter. In January, the mayor of Moscow opened a new section of the Kommunar Highway from the projected passage No. 812 to the SBV.
