King Charles III of Great Britain did not give money to his brother Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, who was stripped of the title of prince, to settle a criminal case with American Virginia Giuffre. This was reported on February 13 by the British newspaper The Times, citing a source close to the monarch.

Earlier, Giuffre said in court that she was one of the victims in the case of financier Jeffrey Epstein, who was accused of sex trafficking and crimes against minors. Among those who collaborated with him, she named Prince Andrew and stated that she was only 17 years old.

The newspaper writes that Andrew borrowed £7 million from the late British Queen Elizabeth II, and he took another £3 million from the inheritance of his father, Prince Philip. In addition, it was reported that his brother Charles III allegedly gave him £ 1.5 million, and the rest was added by other family members.

Last year, on October 17, Andrew relinquished the title of Duke of York and all related honors. It is reported that this decision was made after new reports surfaced about his ties to American financier Jeffrey Epstein, who was accused of having relations with minors.

On February 6, Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway officially apologized to the king and Queen of the country for her ties with Jeffrey Epstein, the infamous financier.
