Russian FSB officers have detained two people in Crimea suspected of participating in the activities of a terrorist organization banned in the Russian Federation. This was announced on February 13 by the department's Public Relations Center.

According to the agency, the detainees carried out targeted work to spread terrorist ideology on the territory of the peninsula. According to the ministry, during the conspiratorial meetings, they were recruiting local residents from among Muslims for the purpose of their subsequent education based on the doctrine of creating the so-called "world caliphate."
