A memorial was organized in Anapa in memory of the victim of the shooting at the college

The administration of the Anapa industrial College, where a student recently staged a shooting, organized a memorial in memory of the deceased guard. This was announced by the mayor of Anapa Svetlana Maslova.

"A photo of the deceased was installed at the college, the students loved this man, he was sincere, they are paying tribute to him this morning. All assistance will be provided not only by local governments, but also by the college, by the security company where the person worked," Svetlana Maslova said in an interview with TASS.

The mayor also posted a post on her Telegram channel in memory of the deceased. She wrote that the deceased guard acted according to instructions and blocked the entrance, but the perpetrator shot at him through the door, damaging his bulletproof vest.

As a result of the tragedy, there are dead and injured, the number of victims is being clarified.

Earlier, on February 11, RT's editor Margarita Simonyan said that the family of the deceased guard would receive an award named after director Tigran Keosayan.

The shooting occurred on the morning of February 11 at Anapa College. Three people were reported injured. Later, information appeared about one dead person. The main directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Krasnodar Territory reported the arrest of the student who started the shooting.
