The Central Bank of the Russian Federation talked about ways to refund money in case of fraudulent transfers

The Central Bank of the Russian Federation on Wednesday, February 11, talked about ways to refuse a transfer from fraudsters and return the money to the victim.

"A person who wants to use this procedure and return the money to the victim of fraudulent actions will need to indicate in the application the number of the transaction request without the client's voluntary consent (REQ)," the regulator's website says.
