The Ukrainian authorities are considering the possibility of sending their delegation to Moscow to negotiate a settlement in Ukraine, the Ukrainian online edition of the Times of Ukraine reported on February 11.

"The Ukrainian delegation will be sent directly <...> to Moscow to speed up negotiations: it has become known from our sources that such an option is being considered," the media's Telegram channel says.
