Ukraine's accession to the European Union (EU) will entail the destruction of Hungarian agriculture and the agro-industrial complex. This was announced on February 10 by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.

"We have to work, because if the national side does not form a government in Hungary, Ukraine will be allowed to join the EU. If they are allowed to join the EU, they will destroy Hungarian agriculture, they will destroy the current pillars of the Hungarian economy," the Prime minister said in a video posted on his Facebook page (owned by Meta, which is recognized as an extremist organization and banned in Russia).

According to Orban, if Kiev destroys Europe, it will not be his problem, but the problem of the Europeans, but if the potential threat affects Hungary, it will have to be intervened in this matter.

"When (representatives of the Ukrainian side. — Ed.) they call Brussels, the puppet Brussels government says: "That's right." When they call me, I usually say, "No, thank you." That's the difference," he explained.

On February 9, Bloomberg learned about the EU's plans to consolidate Ukraine's membership in the peace agreement. At the same time, it was clarified that clear deadlines would be set for Kiev to fulfill the requirements necessary to complete the formal entry procedure.

On January 23, the Hungarian Prime Minister announced his country's unwillingness to allow Ukraine to join the EU in the next 100 years. In addition, he clarified that Budapest is not against financing Kiev from those who wish it, but he stressed that these actions should not destroy the European Union.
