Eight administrative cases against Telegram were sent to the court.

A court in Moscow has registered eight administrative protocols against the Telegram messenger, each with a fine of up to 8 million rubles. Information about this follows from the materials of the courts of general jurisdiction of the capital.

They indicate that in February and March, the Moscow court has scheduled the consideration of seven protocols under art. 13.41, Part 4 of the Administrative Code on non-deletion of information by the owner of the service, the obligation to delete which is provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
