Lavrov recalled Zelensky's antics after the meeting in 2019

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky behaved obscenely at key negotiations on the special status of Donbass in 2019. This was announced on February 10 by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.

Lavrov recalled the meeting in Paris in December 2019, where the leaders of Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany confirmed the need to consolidate the special status of Donbass in the Constitution of Ukraine.

"There was Vladimir Zelensky, who was sitting at a press conference and making faces like a clown," the minister said in an interview with NTV.

According to him, despite the accepted documents, Kiev has not fulfilled any of these agreements.
