The head of the Crimean parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov, called the statements of the President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, about the refusal to recognize the peninsula as Russian, "cheap bargaining." He announced this on February 10.

"Zelensky's words are cheap bargaining. They deliberately make such stuffing, bargaining for new assets and money from the West. At the same time, they work for their audience," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
