SCHLZ named the number of elevators produced in 2025
Shcherbinsky Elevator Plant (SCHLZ, part of the DOM.RF group) produced more than 7.2 thousand elevators by the end of 2025, DOM.RF reported. The share of SHLZ accounted for 28.3% of the total volume of the industry.
"Our plant retains its leading position and continues to invest in development — in the next couple of years we plan to invest an additional 2 billion rubles in production," said Valentin Chernobaev, General Director of SchLZ JSC. According to him, the funds will be used to further increase the level of localization and create high-tech jobs.
"Our priorities are both tasks within the framework of the roadmap for the development of the elevator industry and the development of high-speed equipment for new housing construction," Chernobayev stressed.
According to Rosstat, in 2025, domestic enterprises produced 25.4 thousand elevators. Moscow manufacturers accounted for more than 13.2 thousand lifts from January to November 2025, an increase of 8.7% over the same period in 2024, said Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow. The overwhelming volume of the capital's elevator production was provided by two enterprises — Shcherbinsky Elevator Plant (more than 7.2 thousand units) and Karacharovsky Mechanical Plant (almost 5 thousand units).
Shcherbinsky Elevator Construction Plant is the largest supplier of elevator equipment for regional capital repair programs (more than 30% of elevators in the country are replaced annually with SCHLZ products). Among the supply leaders are Moscow, the Moscow Region, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Murmansk and Chelyabinsk Regions, and the Altai Territory.
Under the contract, the plant will produce 22.7 thousand modern elevators for Moscow in the next 10 years. Last year, the company supplied and installed about 2.3 thousand elevators, with plans for the current year to supply 2.5 thousand lifts to the capital.
