A military helicopter crashed in Gyeonggi Province in South Korea.

A Cobra AH-1S military helicopter crashed in Kaphen County, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. This was reported on February 9 by the Yonhap news agency.

"The helicopter crashed <...> about 55 km northeast of Seoul. Two people on board were seriously injured," the agency reports.

There was no explosion or fire after the aircraft crashed.

In New Zealand, on January 28, two people died when a small helicopter crashed near Wellington. One of the witnesses of the incident suggested that the helicopter, which was trying to dump fuel before landing, could have been involved in shooting goats.
