Two pavilions have been restored in the Kuzminki estate — the "Bathroom House" and the "Forge". Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported on the progress of work on the complex on the channel in the MAX.

"This is another major stage in the revival of the former beauty of the unique complex," stressed the head of the capital. According to him, work is currently underway on almost half of the facilities of the complex. Among them are the Laundry building, the east and west wings of the Main House.

The "bathroom house" was built at the end of the XVIII — beginning of the XIX century on the site of an old bathing house. During the work, the specialists restored the facade, put in order the copper roofing, the white stone basement, the parquet floors of the first floor, the walls and completed the design of the doorways.

The Smithy pavilion was rebuilt from a poultry yard, which housed a lot of exotic birds before the war of 1812. The foundation, rafter system, roof, facades and white stone elements were restored in the building. The specialists also worked on wall decoration, parquet laying and doorway decoration.

Kuzminki Manor has been restored since 2024. There are 42 cultural heritage sites on the territory, built from the end of the XVIII to the beginning of the XX century. Earlier, experts completed the restoration of the Lion Pier, the grottoes and the arched bridge with griffins.

Moscow is one of the world leaders in terms of the volume and quality of restoration work. Since 2011, about 2.5 thousand cultural heritage sites have been restored in the capital. Currently, work is underway at about 500 sites.
