A large-scale scheme of illegal seizure of federal lands has been uncovered in Sochi, involving local criminal boss Ruben Tatulyan (Robson) and his partner Vigen Sargsyan. According to a source from Izvestia on February 6, the preliminary amount of damage is estimated at 600 billion rubles.

We are talking about more than 700 hectares of the territory of the agricultural complex "Kudepsta", which were in state ownership. On January 30, a criminal case was opened against Tatulyan, Sargsyan and more than 20 other alleged accomplices for organizing a criminal community.
