The Moscow Regional Court has filed an appeal against the verdict in the case of fraud involving the apartment of pop singer Larisa Dolina. This was reported to Izvestia on February 6 in court.

In November last year, the Balashikha City Court issued a verdict in the case of the sale of an apartment by Dolina. Courier Nadezhda Tsyrulnikova, who took money from the singer, received seven years in prison with a fine of 1 million rubles. Three more defendants in the case — Andrey Osnovy, Artur Kamenetsky and Dmitry Leontiev — were sentenced to four and seven years in a penal colony with a fine of 900 thousand rubles.

At the end of December, the Moscow City Court ordered the singer to vacate the elite living space.

On February 5, the press bureau of the Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) of Russia reported that Leontiev joined the scam after his release from prison. According to the FSIN, he joined the fraud organization immediately after leaving the colony in Mari El, where he was serving a sentence under a previous sentence.
