On February 6, the head of the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ignazio Cassis and the Secretary General of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Feridun Sinirlioglu laid flowers at the Grave of the Unknown Soldier.
Both are on a visit to Moscow for talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
