The Russian Embassy in Abkhazia has called for avoiding intermediaries in obtaining citizenship due to the appearance of advertisements for a fake company offering relevant services. This was announced on February 6 by the press service of the diplomatic mission.

They noticed that an advertisement had spread online about a certain law firm, Zashchita, located in Abkhazia, which allegedly offers "assistance and support at all stages of obtaining Russian citizenship."
