Origin, childhood years

Nurlan Saburov was born and spent his childhood in Stepnogorsk, which is located in the north of Kazakhstan. From an early age, he was interested in sports and practiced boxing for eight years.

Already in his school years, Nurlan became famous as a talented storyteller and joker. Every time he returned to school after losing a boxing match, he would come up with funny stories about how he ended up in such a state. His grandfather also inspired him to create jokes by telling funny stories, which Nurlan was happy to retell to his classmates.

Nurlan really loved entertaining people and decided to make it a part of his life. He started playing in a team from Karaganda, and then continued to work with the guys from Kokshetau. After graduating from high school, at the insistence of his parents, he went to Yekaterinburg to receive higher education, enrolling in the Faculty of Physical Education at UrFU. During his studies, Saburov actively participated in the student KVN team, but soon discovered a new genre of comedy show — stand-up.
