Two missiles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) were destroyed in the Orel region. This was announced on January 6 by the governor of the region Andrey Klychkov.

"At night, two enemy missiles were destroyed in the territory of the Orel region," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

According to him, rocket debris damaged windows in several private houses. Minor damage was also caused to the low-pressure gas pipeline. Thanks to the prompt work of the utilities, gas supply has already been restored. There are no casualties among the population.

Earlier in the day, the governor of the Bryansk Region, Alexander Bogomaz, announced that Ukrainian militants had launched a drone strike on the region's energy infrastructure. It was noted that as a result of the incident, several settlements in the Klintsovsky district were de-energized.
