The kindergarten in the Republic of Dagestan, where children were gassed on February 2, did not have licenses. This was announced on February 6 by the head of the republic Sergey Melikov at a meeting on topical issues.

"The children were in a one—story house adapted for kindergarten, without the necessary licenses and permits from the supervisory authorities," Melikov said.

He also instructed to investigate the incident with the involvement of law enforcement agencies.
