All of them cause an increase in cholesterol, which spasms blood vessels and disrupts the nutrition of the skin," the specialist said in a conversation with Lenta.Ru .

According to Khamitseva, semi-finished products, processed meats such as sausages and sausages can have a negative impact. They contain sugar and food additives that damage blood vessels and the intercellular collagen of the epidermis, she added.

"Another aging—accelerating product is coffee. Here's a correction: one or two cups of brewed coffee are useful on the contrary. But a larger amount leads to dehydration, and the skin, deprived of fluid, dries faster, collagen becomes brittle and easily damaged, wrinkles form," she concluded.
