Two schools and a kindergarten will be overhauled in Ulan-Ude

In Ulan-Ude (Republic of Buryatia), schools No. 1 and 46, as well as the Cheburashka kindergarten, are planned to be overhauled in 2026. Igor Shutenkov, the mayor of the city, told about this in his Telegram channel.

The projects include renovation of the roof, replacement of doors and windows, repair of engineering networks. Ceilings, floors and walls will also be put in order in the buildings, facades will be insulated, and new furniture will be installed.

The facilities are included in the national projects "Family" and "Youth and Children" to receive federal funding, UlanMedia clarifies. The renovation work will take place this year.

In January, it was reported that the State Expert Examination approved the project for the construction of a new campus of the Buryat Republican Multidisciplinary College of Innovative Technologies (GAPOU BRMTIT) and received a positive conclusion from the State Expert Examination. The laboratory complex with an area of more than 6 thousand square meters will house classrooms and laboratories, the technological building will include many workshops.
