Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Sergei Bazhutov and Sergei Tabelsky as Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation. The relevant decree was published on February 4 on the official Internet portal of legal information.

"Appoint: Bazhutov Sergey Alexandrovich — Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, relieving him of his post; Tabelsky Sergey Vladimirovich — Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, relieving him of his post," the text of the document says.

It is noted that this decree comes into force from the date of its signing.

On January 21, Putin dismissed Alexey Polkovnikov from the post of deputy head of Rossotrudnichestvo. The decree came into force on the day of its publication.
