VTB will cover more than 23 thousand localities with its outbound service

Up to 136 million Russians will be able to receive VTB's home delivery services, the bank said. The outbound service will cover 92% of the country's residents and will be available in more than 23,000 cities and villages.

Currently, the outbound service operates in all regions of Russia and potentially covers 130.5 million people. It is available to VTB customers in 19.7 thousand localities. To expand its reach, the bank will create new logistics centers and develop a partner network.

"This year, we will keep our focus on expanding the audience of the outbound service, especially in small towns. And also on its technological development: we will launch in the VTB Online personal account the possibility of promptly changing the date, time and address of a meeting with a visiting specialist," commented Dmitry Breitenbicher, member of the VTB Management Board.

The on-site service has proven its effectiveness, becoming a universal service channel for all customers, VTB emphasized. It allows you to arrange a package of bank services and get expert advice, choose the right products.

In 2025, the bank's customers issued 2.5 million debit cards through this channel (+49% by 2024) and 288 thousand savings accounts (an increase of 1.9 times). In general, the share of outbound services in the bank's total sales increased by almost a third over the past year and reached 11%. Taking into account the increasing demand for remote services, VTB has increased its team of field specialists by 40% to 2.7 thousand employees.
