The Kremlin does not plan to inform about the start time of negotiations on the settlement of the situation in Ukraine, which will be held in Abu Dhabi. This was announced on February 4 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"There is no need to wait for messages yet. We are not planning any messages," he said at a briefing.
